I
never think about it before sleeping so I wonder why it keeps appearing in my
dreams every now and then, or maybe it is because it occurs to me in real life
is why I keep dreaming about it? No, I don’t think so, because I have always
told myself I will never let my emotions and expectations lead my decisions because
I might end up making the wrong impression or better still make the wrong the
wrong judgment. This has haunted me for quite a while now but always having it
under control I think has yielded me some encouragement enough to motivate
myself and maybe you who feels the same way I do.
There
are several questions I would like to ask which might just stem down to make a
single point at the end.
First
of all, there is always this reference to how/why ‘all fingers are not the
same’; I wonder how many of us consider this before criticizing a person. ‘All
our fingers are not the same’ as they say simply means we are all different,
why then must someone who falls short of your expectations or way of life be
seen as inferior and therefore be discriminated against or labeled awkward?
Why
must somebody who does not watch your kind of movies or listen to your kind of
music be tagged irresponsible or criminal? Perhaps what is the essence of all
that anyway? Whatever your kind of music does for you, know that the other person
is also driven by such an inspiration rule over.
Why
must somebody who does not dress like you or dresses to suit your pleasure be
seen as undisciplined? Think about all that.
Why would you have to humiliate
everyone who is a little bit different putting so much pressure on people who
are trying to be stress free, and robbing people of their creativity and
passion?
Why
am I asking these many questions? We are all different, and be darn proud of
the fact that you are different as long as you have the desire to better
yourself. We all are like the fingers, we are not the same and we will never be
the same. Don’t be too quick to judge us by the way we look or how we dress.
